TERMS FOR COSTUME REGISTRATION

An individual is considered a registered member of FreaksMas (herein referred to as “the Band”) only upon full payment of the minimum deposit, as outlined below:

$200 USD for bodywear-only female and male costumes

$300 USD for frontline, section leader, and ultra package options

You must submit your own email address and telephone number to ensure that you receive all updates related to your costume package and other important Band communications.

Please ensure that all submitted information is accurate. The design specifications and fit of your costume must be considered when providing personal details during registration, as all information submitted is final.

No refund or costume exchange will be granted due to sizing or fit issues.

SALE OF COSTUMES

In the event that you choose to sell your costume, FreaksMas will not change the name on the existing registration.The original registrant (seller) must provide the buyer with the following:

A signed transfer letter of authorization

A clear copy of the seller’s government-issued ID

Note: The name and signature on the ID must match the Band’s registration records and the transfer letter.

REGISTRATION PARTICULARS

Minimum deposit:

$200 USD – Bodywear-only and male costumes

$300 USD – Frontline, section leader, and ultra packages

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and only guarantee a spot in the Band.

50% of the total costume cost must be paid by August 29, 2026.
Failure to meet this deadline will result in forfeiture of payments and release of the costume back into inventory.

The Band reserves the right to return a costume to inventory if 80% of the payment is not received by September 17, 2026. No refunds will be issued for missed payment deadlines.

Any requests for costume modifications or alterations must be approved by the Band and are subject to material availability.

Full payment is due by September 29, 2026. Failure to pay in full by this date will result in forfeiture of the costume and any payments made.

Note: The FreaksMas experience cost includes, but is not limited to: costume, food, beverages, park entry, and entertainment.

TERMS OF COSTUME COLLECTION

All costumes must be collected during the designated collection period unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by the Band.

To collect a costume in person, you must present a valid form of ID.

If a third party is collecting your costume, they must provide:

A copy of the reveller’s national ID/driver’s license/passport

A copy of the collector’s own national ID/driver’s license/passport

A signed authorization letter from the reveller

The Band reserves the right to:

Take photographs during costume collection

Retain copies of IDs and signed documents as proof of collection

Any costume not collected by Friday, October 9, 2026, at 10:00 PM will be considered forfeited and returned to inventory for resale.
